Details
Two Swedish folk art bowls, each hand-carved from a single piece of wood with a projecting carved handle. One has a deep, dark aged surface; the other shows a lighter, mottled patina and a notched handle. Both carry the tool marks and wear of long use.
Beautiful as sculptural objects on a console or coffee table, grouped on a shelf, or used for fruit, bread, or kindling.
