An antique engraving of the celebrated medieval tapestry at Saint Mary's Hall in Coventry. A label to the reverse notes it is one of a very limited number printed in 1869 for Poole's History and Antiquities of Coventry. Long and low in format, framed and glazed.
From an English collection. The proportions make it an easy answer for the narrow space above a door, a bed, or a low bookcase.
Dimensions: image approx. 5.7" x 15.4"; framed approx. 10.25" x 19.75".
Condition: Good. A few tone spots and a crease to the right side of the print; small chips to the frame.
