Submit a sourcing request with as much or as little detail as you have—style, dimensions, budget, timeline. We'll take it from there.
2. We Search Our Network
We're in constant contact with estate managers across Sweden and the American South. We'll check current inventory, query our contacts, and keep your request on our radar.
3. First Look at What We Find
When we find potential matches, you get photos and details before we offer to anyone else. No obligation—if it's not right, we keep looking.
What We Source
From Sweden: Gustavian seating, Rococo mirrors, painted armoires, 18th-century case goods, crystal chandeliers, neoclassical consoles.
From American estates: French Country furniture, English Traditional pieces, gilt mirrors, Southern estate finds, Belle Meade and Brentwood collections.
If it has provenance and a past, we'll track it down.
Common Questions
Is there a fee for sourcing?
No. This is a complimentary service for trade clients. If we find what you're looking for, you purchase at our standard trade pricing (20% off retail).
How long does it take?
We aim to respond within 7-10 days with initial options or a status update. We keep active requests on our radar for 90 days. If something appears after that and we remember your request, we'll still reach out.
What if I don't like what you find?
No obligation. We'll send you photos and details—if it's not right for your project, just say so. We can keep looking or close the request.
Do I need to be a trade client to use this service?
Yes. Sourcing requests are exclusive to approved trade members. Not yet approved? Apply for a trade account here.
What if the piece is in Sweden—how does shipping work?
We handle all import logistics. Shipping from Sweden typically adds 4-6 weeks to timeline. We'll quote exact costs before you commit.
